By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, making a booking, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

- You must use the Site for lawful purposes only and not attempt to interfere with its security or operation.
- We may suspend or restrict access at any time for maintenance or misuse.
- Content on the Site is provided in good faith for general information; it may change without notice (e.g., menu items, prices, hours).
5) Menu, allergens & dietary information
- We prepare food in a working kitchen. Allergens may be present (including but not limited to gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, sesame). While we take care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Nutritional and dietary information (if shown) is indicative only. Please speak to our team about your needs before ordering.
6) Pricing, payments & surcharges
- All prices are shown in AUD and include GST (where applicable).
- We reserve the right to change prices and menu items at any time.
- Card surcharges and public holiday surcharges may apply and will be disclosed at point of sale.
- Online payments (if enabled) are processed by third-party providers; by paying, you agree to their terms and privacy practices.
7) Online ordering (pickup / dine-in)
Where online ordering is available via our Site:
- Order confirmation: Your order is accepted when you receive a confirmation screen/email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us.
- Collection times: Ready-times are estimates. We’ll do our best to meet them, but delays can occur during peak periods.
- Substitutions / sold-out items: We may offer an equivalent substitution or a refund for unavailable items.
- Order changes & cancellations: Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll help if the order hasn’t entered preparation, but we cannot guarantee changes once preparation has started.
- Pickup proof: We may request the order name/number or ID for card-present verification.
8) Table bookings (if offered)
- Confirmation: A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email/SMS.
- Running late / no-show: Please let us know if you’re running late; we may release tables after a grace period. No-shows may affect future bookings.
- Group bookings / functions: Deposits, pre-orders, minimum spends, and specific cancellation windows may apply; details will be provided at the time of booking.
9) Events & catering (including Divine Social Events, if applicable)
- Quotes are valid for a limited time. A deposit may be required to secure the date.
- Cancellations: Fees may apply depending on notice given and any costs already incurred.
- Final numbers, dietary requirements, delivery/setup times, and access details must be confirmed by the deadlines we provide.
10) Gift cards & vouchers (if offered)
- Gift cards are valid until the stated expiry date and are not redeemable for cash (unless required by law).
- Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Treat them like cash.
11) Training & employment programs (important note)
We are a working café that also provides on-the-job training and supported shifts. Program participation (e.g., Job Skills Pathway, VTS placements, DES/SWS) is subject to separate onboarding, eligibility, and support arrangements. Website information about programs is general and not an offer of employment or training; we will confirm details in writing during enrolment/onboarding.
12) Intellectual property
All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, logos, and layout—is owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce, adapt, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
13) Reviews & user content
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to or about us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business (including on the Site and social media). Please only submit content you own and that is respectful and lawful.
14) Third-party links & tools
The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g., ordering, bookings, payment processors, partner organisations). We are not responsible for their content or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We aim to provide an accessible experience online and in-venue. If you have access needs or feedback, please contact us so we can try to assist.
16) Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on the Site). By using the Site or placing an order/booking, you consent to our collection and use of information as described there (including cookies and analytics, where used).
17) Liability & Australian Consumer Law
- Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for your consumer rights, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our goods/services is limited to:
(a) in the case of goods—replacement or refund of the cost of the goods; and
(b) in the case of services—re-supply or the cost of re-supply of the services.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.
18) Refunds & complaints
